Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms part of your Agreement with WET FISH PTY LTD (ACN 600 342 998) (“Wet Fish”) and should be read in conjunction with the other Terms, Policies & Disclaimers found here: Wet Fish Terms and Conditions.

The AUP is intended to protect each of Wet Fish’s clients from the consequences of misuse of the Services, as well as providing specific obligations and rights relating to the use of the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of our Acceptable Use Policy. It is your responsibility to check the AUP periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. SPAM and other Email Abuse

You acknowledge that the sending of unsolicited emails to third parties may be considered to be ‘spam’ and may cause the Service to be identified by companies or internet service providers as a source of spam. This may cause subsequent emails sent by the Service to such companies or email addresses using such internet service providers to be blocked by their spam-filtering facilities. Accordingly, you agree that you will not send emails to any third party unless:

You also acknowledge that older email addresses may be used as “spam traps”, again causing the Service to be identified as a source of spam. Accordingly, you agree that you will monitor and maintain your mailing lists and will not send emails to any address which have not met condition a., b. or c. within the previous year.

You must not use the Service to send any commercial electronic mail message to any person who has opted out or otherwise objected to receiving such messages.

You must not use the Service to email to distribution lists, newsgroups, or spam or unsolicited email addresses, including where such email addresses have been purchased from a third party or acquired other than through best-practice permission-based marketing.

If you become aware of any breach or anticipated breach of this AUP you must notify Wet Fish immediately via the email address admin@scodle.com and provide Wet Fish with any assistance that Wet Fish may reasonably need to remedy the breach.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Wet Fish reserves the right, but is under no obligation to, investigate any potential breach and/or enforce this AUP. If you are in breach of this AUP Wet Fish may exercise any or all of the remedies in your Agreement with Wet Fish. Wet Fish reserves the right to:
